There are a number of wonderful attractions you can see in the greater Portland area. Portland is unlike other cities, and has plenty of interesting attractions that will appeal to people of all ages. Grand Central Bowl

Jimmy Mak’s

If you love Jazz, you can’t miss Jimmy Mak’s. Jimmy Mak’s features live Jazz music nightly, beginning at 8 PM. Open at 5 PM, this jazz lovers paradise features dinner, a happy hour, and plenty of entertainment.

The Kennedy School

The Kennedy School is truly a unique attraction. This building was originally a schoolhouse when it was founded in 1912. Through the years, it’s been everything from a hotel to a movie theater to a bar. Today, it is a wonderfully unique attraction, and features everything from live music to a variety of film festivals.

The Oregon Zoo

Portland is home to the amazing Oregon Zoo. This zoo has penguins, elephants, and all of your favorite wildlife. In addition, the Oregon Zoo is known as the place where the most successful breeding of Asian elephants has taken place compared to any other zoo in the world.

The Portland Center for the Performing Arts

Actually a series of different venues, you will find everything from music to comedy to visiting lectures at the Center. The Portland Center features a rotating list of performing arts to entertain your mind and inspire your soul.
