Choosing The Birthday Party Place

• Watch out for museums, restaurants, movie theaters, stores, and even gymnastics or fitness centers that masquerade as birthday party facilities as a secondary income stream.   The focus of these types of businesses is elsewhere, and it will show during your party.
• Keep your eye out for national franchises, which offer a less personal experience.  Chances are this type of place will offer a “palatable” experience- but a birthday only happens once a year- the word to describe it should be “memorable”.
• If the price is low, then you are likely buying low quality service and quality as well.  There are all kinds of cheap options out there- Compare your birthday to getting a hotel room:  There are Roach Motels on the side of a highway, and there are 3, 4,  or 5 star hotels- the cheap option is not always the best.  You can price yourself out of comfort- the same rule exists for your birthday party.

Making a decision regarding the event space or birthday party facility for your child can be a daunting task. There are all kinds of options available- the choice you make will ultimately decide the experience you will have and the memories that are created.

Choose a location that specializes in birthday parties/special events. Don’t be duped by another business who hosts birthdays and special events as a secondary income stream. These places have their focus elsewhere and rarely result in customer satisfaction.

National Franchises are cookie cutter “party mills” and they offer a second class party experience, with a less personalized customer service level.  While your party will happen, it will also be forgotten.
