My Gym offers programs that are safe, age-appropriate and build self-esteem. Parent participation classes are available for 6 weeks to 3+ years. My Gym has independent gym classes for age 3+ to 6 years. Kids can learn Karate in fun classes, which promote fitness, respect, discipline, self-control, concentration and goal setting. When parents need a break, My Gym provides a childcare evening program that is filled with a variety of fun games, rides, and activities and includes food too. Camps are available as well as day programs. My Gym hosts birthday parties with age-appropriate games and fun activities, rides, songs, puppets and exclusive use of the entire facility.
