Metro Gymnastics Center provides a fun, positive, and self-esteem-building environment for children and adults. Metro accomplishes this by showing children their self-worth, keeping them safe and healthy, teaching them physical skills and helping them love to learn. Metro’s programs include recreational and team gymnastics, mini movers gymnastics, and cheerleading. Metro has educational programs including preschool, an after school program, and a ceramics studio. Metro also has a pro shop full of gymnastics apparel and equipment, and a coffee shop with hot and cold beverages, snacks and food.
