Gold Star Gymnastics is a gym dedicated to the fitness of children. The Gym offers Kindergym for ages 6 months to kindergarten. This program uses the gymnastic medium to teach educational movement exploration, gross and fine motor movement. Classes are kept in a small ratio of students to teachers at proper age groups to accommodate children of various ages and development stages. The Gym also has School Age programs for first grade and older. Programs are available for the students with limited or no prior experience, beginner and intermediate students with some experience, and accomplished students who wish to expand their gymnastics skills. The Gym also has a Martial Arts class, which puts fun acrobatic tumbling into students’ favorite Martial Art. Gold Star Gymnastics also offers Birthday Party packages.
