Portland is home to the Trail Blazers, a NBA team which plays at the Portland Rose Garden. Watching a Blazers game is fun for the whole family and sure to inspire children to want to play the game themselves. Basketball is lots of fun and has the added benefits of being great exercise and teaching teamwork and social skills.
