Ever want to run away with the circus? Circus Cascadia offers unique workshops, which allow participants to become part of their own circus for the day. The Circus Skills workshop works with all levels and ages to teach clown skills such as stilt walking, juggling, devil sticks, unicycling, plate spinning and more. At the end of the workshop, participants perform their own circus show. The Puppet Making workshop sparks creativity and includes a wide variety of puppets such as Glove Puppets, Rod Puppets, Shadow Puppets and Giant Articulated Multi-person Operated Puppets. The Puppet workshop includes puppet performance and manipulation skills as well as individual and group story formation. Participants are than given the opportunity to present their stories in Circus Cascadia’s specially made puppet booths. Circus Cascadia’s workshops are great entertainment for birthday parties, youth clubs, day care centers, festivals, after school clubs and residential care facilities.
