Music Together offers music and movement classes for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Children learn and play with music and dance in a non-competitive, non-performance environment. By doing so, children build skills for future instrument and dance study and develop a lifetime of music appreciation.
Parents play an active and crucial role in nurturing their child’s musical development. The early childhood years are when children’s musical aptitude develops most rapidly, thus they are critical to developing music competence. Music Together builds on young children’s natural enthusiasm for music and movement to develop a good foundation with added significant benefits on a child’s physical, emotional and intellectual development.
Music Together classes run 45 minutes long and are in ten-week sessions. The classes are kept small with just six to twelve students. Families share songs, instrument play, rhythm chants and movement activities.
